For over 20 years, Rod and Sandy Owens, of Tierra Farms, have been successfully training, breeding, managing and marketing local, regional and nationally decorated Arabians and Half Arabians.
With their intense work ethic, honesty and unquestionable commitment and loyalty,  Rod and Sandy have earned a reputation for turning out horses of the highest quality and attitude, as well as building an unflappable sense of camaraderie and friendship amongst their clients.

As Breeding managers of Tierra Farms, The Owens have been successful  in breeding and marketing such Super Stars as Multi-National Champions Afires Vision, Afires Reign, Second Sight, as well as Youth National Reserve Champions MLW Kolage, Speshal FX, Radiant Splendor, and Kindred Spirits, as well as countless local and Regional winners.

As a Trainer,  Rod has guided his horses, and clients to a multitude of local, regional, and national awards.

 

Sandy, with her amazing ability to connect with children, is invaluable in her guidance and instruction of the youngsters.

Together, Rod and Sandy have partnered in developing and mentoring their Youth Riders into dedicated,well rounded, skillful and enthusiastic individuals who are successful at all levels of showing.
